Position: Quantity Surveyor
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Experience in handling small to medium scale residential and commercial projects
- Good coordination skills Job Description
- Prepare Bill of Quantity
- Prepare claim on work done on site
- Check contracts and tenders
- Prepare letters, Progressive Payment schedules for clients
- Doing research and contact suppliers on materials and requesting for quotations
- Follow up with supplier on the status of delivery of materials ordered
- Match purchase order with received order, delivery order or supplier invoices from site
- Update stock records if any based on received order and order used on site

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
