Position: Quantity Surveyor
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Experience in handling small to medium scale residential and commercial projects
• Good coordination skills

Job Description

• Prepare Bill of Quantity
• Prepare claim on work done on site
• Check contracts and tenders
• Prepare letters, Progressive Payment schedules for clients
• Doing research and contact suppliers on materials and requesting for quotations
• Follow up with supplier on the status of delivery of materials ordered
• Match purchase order with received order, delivery order or supplier invoices from site
• Update stock records if any based on received order and order used on site


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
