Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Atleast 1 to 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Education level: Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree holder (Preferably in Quantity Surveying)
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Able to work independently under moderate to minimal supervision
• Open to constructive criticism for improvement
• Have own transport/ Driving License
• Possess good written and communication skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Esp. Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
• Able to read drawing and view through AutoCAD
• Able to work within due dates/ deadlines
• Both Local and Foreigner are welcomed to apply

JOB SCOPE INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Participate in Pre and Post Tender activities
• Prepare monthly Progress Claim and Progress Report
• Prepare cost estimate and taking off quantities as needed
• Prepare Bill of Quantities as required
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
