Description

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of radio communications systems and/or digital microwave link systems in an industrial or oil & gas environment.

Vendor / Platform Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) systems, preferably Motorola Solutions (MOTOTRBO, TETRA), and digital microwave transmission equipment such as Aviat Networks or 6Harmonics (now Cambium).

Radio Systems Expertise:
- Proficient in the configuration, testing, and alignment of DMR repeaters, base stations, and ATEX-certified handheld radios suitable for use in hazardous areas; able to perform RF propagation analysis and coverage assessments.

Microwave Link Maintenance:
- Ability to plan, commission, and maintain point-to-point and point-tomultipoint digital microwave links, including antenna alignment, link budgeting, and performance monitoring.
