Position: Relationship Officer Trainee
Total Vacancy: 4 Male/Female

Job Description:

- The following position’s duration is 3 (three) months.
- The candidate will be given extensive training and could be hired as permanent Relationship Officer.

The Relationship officer’sResponsibilities:

• Direct promotion of the bank’s products and services at business premises of potential clients
• Evaluation of financing applications and preparation of financing proposals
• Building up of an MSME financing portfolio
• Monitoring of disbursed financing facilities
• Assuring long-term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ratio of revolving clients

The Relationship officer’sRequirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, finance or another business-related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Good command of MS Excel and computer literacy
• Willingness to work with customers outside the office premises around 70% of the working time
• Effective and above average communication skills
• Working experience in sales or business background is an advantage.


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 21 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
