Job Description
Position: Sales Assistants
Responsibilities:
• Offering help and advice for patients choosing frames, sunglasses, lenses, contact lenses and other eye related products
• Promote eye health by counselling patients on visual hygiene, safety factors and reassurance about vision-related matters
• Managing the retail aspects of spectacles, contact lenses and other vision care products
• Meeting sales targets with regard to selling spectacles or contact lenses
• Probation Period: 3 Months

Application Requirements
• At least 2 years work experience as a Sales Assistant
• Skills:
• Computer Literate
• A positive mind-set
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Make a customer’s experience as enjoyable as possible
• Make customers feel valued, welcomed and accepted
• Always greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Quickly understand, interpret and be attentive to customers' needs, wants and the customer's point of view
• Listening carefully and responding quickly to their requests
• Showing customers that you are doing everything possible to accommodate them
• Being polite and helpful at all times
• Be patient with demanding customers
• Language: Fluent in English and Malay
• Good Communication Skills
• Communicate in a professional manner
• Relay information in a concise and clear manner
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• To remain calm, courteous and respectful at all times
