Position: Sales Associate cum Cashier
Total Vacancy: 5 Male/Female

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the Store Manager/Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and replenish merchandise as it is sold
• Educate self on new product features and benefits if not part of sales training
• Acknowledge all customers and be attentive
• Interact with customers by assisting them in locating products, demonstrating product features and benefits where applicable and by offering suggestions and alternatives
• Assist customers with checkout to ensure fast and accurate service with a high-touch factor
• Maintain the proper display of products ensuring they comply with store’s image & quality standards
• Report pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to Store Manager/Supervisor
• Provide ongoing updates to Store Manager regarding customer feedback and complains
• Attend sales training meetings
• Able to handle multi-tasking as job rotation is required

Skills and specifications:

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Malay
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and meeting their needs
• Success working in a team and able to take initiative Other Requirements
• Must possess own transport
• Previous work experience in retail as a cashier and salesperson would be an added value

Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 20 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 450 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: Annual leave, medical leave after finish probation
