Position: Senior Air Conditioning Technician
Total Vacancy: 10 Male

Job Description:

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the post holder is responsible to repair and maintenance of split units, DX /Chilled water chillers, pumps of various Brands and capacities.
• Technician must capable to handle split units with confidence and ensure zero call back complaint upon completion of repair works.

Requirements

1. It is essential to possess a Technician’s diploma certificate from Technical institution/trades school or training course
2. Min. 5 years practical experience in air condition installation/maintenance works
3. Able to troubleshoot and repair AHU, all type chillers including centrifugal chiller, pump, condensing units, etc, of various make and capacities
4. Must have experience in the controls of centralized chilled water air conditioning system
5. Able to interpret control wiring diagrams and drawings so to carry out installation of field wiring, system control, components and devices and to perform testing and commissioning for centralized air conditioning system
6. Knowledge of Building Automation, troubleshoot and repair of electronic printed circuit boards and modern controls System for air-conditioning equipment will be of great advantage.
7. Aware of basic safety procedures. ·
8. Able to work independently without supervision and ability to lead a group of workers. Should able to communicate with client and co-workers.

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 23 - 45 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
