QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

- HND or Company approved equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Successfully completed training courses on Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint and Primavera.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in rope access methods in oil and gas industry.
- Awareness of inspection and NDT techniques.
- Have good knowledge of all aspects related to Health, Safety and Environment in carrying out the work. Have at least 3 to 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

- Preparation of manpower pla
ing, scheduling and weekly/ monthly reporting for all onshore as well as offshore work.
- Responsible for cost estimating and budgeting of the work.
- Responsible for close communication with the Company Pla
er, third party contractor Pla
er and Operations Coordinator on the pla
ing, progress and scheduling of the work, perso
el, equipment and materials, and be informed on any consequences of changes in available resources, delays and target dates for start and completion of the work.
- Attend pla
ing meetings with Company perso
el and ensure effective interaction and integration with Company's pla
ing systems such as year plan, 90 days plan and Integrated Activity Pla
ing (IAP).
- Ensure ad-hoc inspection requests are included in the pla
ing process, allocate resources for ad-hoc activities, identify and report to the relevant Company Supervisors on delays or anticipated delays due to ad-hoc activities and constraints in the execution of the work.
- Ensure estimated duration of pla
ed and ad-hoc activities is achievable, by using historical task data and considering accessibility, logistical constraints and other governing factors.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
