Position: SERVICE ADVISOR
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

• Maintain s service appointment list;
• To attend to customer and vehicle service registration;
• To inspect the vehicles using service registration, issue service order, fully check the service order before printing;
• To advise customer on the estimated price, spare parts and nature of problem, the time of job completion and collection date;
• To follow up while the repair is in progress to ensure its completion on schedule in accordance to repair instructions;
• To prepare and submit warranty claim on weekly basis to warranty dept.
• To perform any other duties specified by Manager/Superior.


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
