Position: SERVICE ADVISOR
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
• Cataloguing customers concerns and comments
• Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
• Translating customer’s repair problem into standard repair terminology
• Explaining repairs to customers
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
• Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
• Handling and updating customer’s complaints

Job Requirements

• Completed Automotive Technicians Course in a Technical College. City & Guilds Automotive Technician Certificate 1, 2, or 3. Certified as a Technician/Service Advisor from a reputable European motor manufacturer.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Service Advisor.
• Have good customer handling skills and service sales promotion capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
