Position: SERVICE ADVISOR
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

- As Service Advisor for an automotive workshop;
- Excellent customer service and time management skills;
- Previous working experience in the automotive industry and mechanical knowledge would be an advantage;
- To attend to customer and vehicle service registration and to maintain a service appointment list;
- To advise the customer on the estimated price, spare parts and nature of the problem, the time of job completion and collection date;
- Follow up while the repair is in progress to ensure its completion on schedule in accordance with repair instructions;
- Ensure clear explanation given to the customer upon vehicle delivery.

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
