Position: Shop Assistant
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Attend to customer's enquires & feedback
• Ensure that customers' feedback are followed up promptly and professionally
• Process transactions inputs and payment handling
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Resolve problems arising from customer's complaints/feedback
• Responsible for providing quality service for total customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Other administrative duties when required

This position - CUSTOMER SERVICER OFFICER work on a 5-days week.

Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications

Education Required: Lower Secondary Assessment (PMB) or equivalent (BJCE)
