Job Requirements

- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in construction and architecture fields
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Can work independently
- Takes responsibility and has leadership and decision-making skills
- Has a sense of urgency in meeting tight deadlines

- Monitoring site progress and supervising site workers when executing construction works
- Keep record of site's to-do list
- Purchase plan
- Pla

- Assigning site workers to allocated jobs
- Ensuring site work is done efficiently
- Propose solutions on rectification works on site
- Communicating with office with regards to material/drawing requisitions
- Offer advice in the pla
ing, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects
- Responsible for solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports, execution of all construction activity allowed tot him and should take responsibility towards all scope of work under him
- Well verification of drawing before execution of work at site


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
