Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in construction and architecture fields
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Can work independently
• Takes responsibility and has leadership and decision-making skills
• Has a sense of urgency in meeting tight deadlines

Job Description

• Monitoring site progress and supervising site workers when executing construction works
• Keep record of site's to-do list Purchase plan
• Pla
ing site workers with schedule
• Assigning site workers to allocated jobs
• Ensuring site work is done efficiently
• Propose solutions on rectification works on site
• Communicating with office with regards to material/drawing requisitions
• Offer advice in the pla
ing, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects
• Responsible for solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports, execution of all construction activity allowed tot him and should take responsibility towards all scope of work under him
• Well verification of drawing before execution of work at site


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
