Position: Site Foreman

Job Requirements:

- At least 10 years experience with same position in the industrial works such as Gas/Oil/ Refinery/Fertilizer/Power plant.
- Proven experience as construction foreman in mechanical works
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Ability to read drawings
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Aptitude in math
- Problem-solving abilities
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- An ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Willingness to stay at Employer's camp located in construction site (SPARK)

Job Description

- Allocate daily construction activities to various worker in the team. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Supervisor. Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
- Training workers to improve their skills
- Organize manpower resources, equipments and materials availability.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
- Provide technical advice to supervisor and worker to use proper tools and equipments.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Maintain strict compliance with project's standards and guidelines.
- Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
- Identify the training requirements for worker
- Conduct Tool box talk before commencing work.
- Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to project standards.

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
