Position: Techical Officer
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective warranty decisions along with audit/quality checks

• Possesses a strong technical bend of mind and background to understand the technical aspects of the vehicle and a quick decision maker to take an appropriate warranty decision

• Possesses strong organisation skills and has a strong flair for systems and process management to ensure adherence to the overall warranty guidelines as per OEM requirements

• Monitors, communicates and maintains the warranty policies/SOPs to ensure compliance, accuracy and validity of the documents all maintained in proper order

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
