JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor and oversee the entire operations of the technical operations and ensure all day-to-day issues and activities are addressed according to the appropriate urgency/severity.
• Provide systems engineering and operational support for infrastructure components including but not limited to firewalls, network switches, VMware products, and backups.

TECHNICAL SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT:
• Provide source of technical information to the sales field, customers and partner for the assigned solution areas.
• Support market sales efforts by conducting presentations to gain technical and commercial acceptance by customers.
• Translate technology values into a business value proposition and business outcome, including potential financial impact

SALES PLANNING AND SUPPORT:
• Collaborate with teams to create strategy and marketing plan to drive sales and market share for IT industries related.
• Develop Pre-Sales Technical subject matter expertise across BSS products, solutions and services.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
and experience.
• Good technical knowledge, problem solving skills and hands-on experience of IT Infrastructure, servers, network, storage, virtualization and IT security.
• Five or more years of solution/services work experience in IT technology domain.
• Preferred Brunei citizen or permanent resident.
