Requirement:
• Minimum Higher National Diploma in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Network & Security, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Preferably local

Responsibility:
• Researching new technologies and suggesting possible applications for existing technologies in new ways
• Designing new computer systems or updating existing computer systems to meet new business needs
• Installing operating systems, software applications, hardware devices, or network equipment on client computers
• Establishing new computer networks or upgrading existing networks to ensure they are operating efficiently
• Troubleshooting problems with hardware or software applications, including those that involve multiple applications or departments within an organization
• Providing technical support for computer networks to ensure that they are running smoothly
• Performing regular maintenance on computer systems, including updating software and backing up data
• Planning, designing, and implementing security measures to protect computer networks from unauthorized access or attacks.
• Keeping up-to-date information of equipment or software inventory whether within the organization and client’s organizations.
• Working closely with cross department within the organization to provide necessary technical support.
