Position: Tourist Guide (Chinese Speaking)

Job Description:

Tourist guide play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of tours and that visitors/ tourists enjoy their holiday, as well as providing them with practical support throughout the trip.

BELOW ARE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TOURIST GUIDE

Prepare and collect tour documents including tour itinerary, feedback form, suppliers’ contacts and other related requirements for the tour
Study, check and research for required information related to the tour such destinations, spot of interest…etc
Reconfirm the services with related suppliers such restaurants, hotel, driver…etc
Welcome, pick up customers at airport, hotel or at appointed places
Provide general information, explanation regarding tour destinations, visiting sites as well as culture, country facts, local tradition and other related to tour requirement
Ensuring that the tour is ru
ing smoothly for individual members of the group; ensure compliance with company policy or tour regulations
Manage the tour following Responsible Travel philosophy

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Able to speak and converse in multi national language will be an advantage
Preferably candidate who can speak and write Chinese
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Good crisis resolution and Excellent customer service skills
Coordinates with Bus Operators and drivers and supervise the tour movement
Assisting the Operation Team in all aspects of administrative works as necessary.
Can work independently as a team and do guiding at flexi hour for all tours assigned



Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 21 - 39 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
Allowances: B$ 200
Employment Type: Full Time
