Position: Trainee Resident Inspector of Works-TRIOW
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in the general supervision of work done by the Contractor.
• Report to the SIOW any site problems.
• Maintain contemporary site records with the help of the SIOW.
• Check site diary.
• Supervise and check construction works complying with contract documents.
• Inspect all works on site as regards to safety to workmen.
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the PRE.

Terms of Appointment: The appointment is for a period of approximately 12 months

Benefit:

• Annual Leave-18 days per year
• The all in salary package is inclusive of Bonus and Gratuity.
• There will be no contribution to either SCP and TAP except for Citizen or Permanent Residents.

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 22 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
