Specification

Description

1) Need to have 1 to 5 years Sabre experience. Having a prior working experience in a travel agency is preferred.
2) Suggest the best suitable travel itinerary as per customers clients.
3) Book and Issue flight tickets, hotels and tour packages.
4) Submit sales return to the airlines.
5) Provide customer support to the customers with regards to ticket re-issuance, refunds, etc.
6) Well-versed in both English and Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken).
7) Team-player, willing to learn and flexible in working hours.
8) Adaptable to company's needs and requirements.
9) Need to possess driving license and able to drive to work.
10) Well-versed in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
11) Salary range is $600 to $1000 (depending on experience).
