Description

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations
• Provide for site safety and security
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets
• Supervise workers and labourers
• Oversee projects to completion
• Prepare project reports
• Attend to deliveries on site
• Any other tasks assigned by the project manager

Job requirements:
• Male, 30 years old and above
• Local diploma or equivalent in construction field (Preferably with at least 4-5 years experience in related field)
• Local / PR applicants only preferably Chinese, Dusun, Iban
• Good communication skills to liaise with relevant parties (Ability to communicate in Chinese, Malay, and English is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of construction processes
• Strong project management abilities
• Able to thrive under pressure
• Valid driver´s license
