Workshop Manager
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a workshop setting
• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
• Manage and coordinate a team of technicians, ensuring proper workflow and productivity
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance to the team
• Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Plan and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service and timely vehicle delivery

Parts Manager
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Supply Chain or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in parts management or automotive aftersales
• Oversee daily parts operations to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory
• Manage and coordinate the parts team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely support to workshop and sales departments
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand and place timely orders with suppliers
• Maintain proper storage, organization and security of parts inventory
• Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and obsolete stock
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Work closely with workshop, sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support

Automotive Technicians
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Automotive Engineering/Technology
• Hands-on experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
• Knowledge of modern automotive systems and tools
• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills

Service Advisors
Requirements:
• O-Level qualification or higher
• Experience in automotive customer service is an advantage
• Greet and assist customers at the service reception
• Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests
• Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Explain service recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers in clear terms
• Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and completion times
• Handle service records and ensure proper documentation
• Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer experience
