Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:-
1. Develop effective working relationships with customers/clients through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business development opportunities.
2. Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customer/clients, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
3. Undertake all responsibilities with reference to Company procedures.
4. Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health and Safety.
5. Represent in a professional manner at all times.
6. Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
7. Maintain accurate records of all contacts with customers/clients.
8. Handle correspondence related to all expression of interest and tender activities.
9. Liaise with other members of branch executive team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange of information and increase professionalism.
10. Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of Company products and services.
11. Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both customers/clients.
12. Provide a weekly/monthly meeting schedule with other team members.
13. Responsible to follow up the divisions/departments to submit the tender submission or expression of interest to BDD before the closing date given.
14. Responsible to monitor and update all company registration license, certificate, vendor registration, products, services within the industries.
15. Responsible for updating and designing organizational chart.
16. Responsible to raise Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Fixed Asset Proposal, Fixed Asset Disposal, MIV, Petty Cash, Work Request and Business Travel for Head of Department.
17. Check and prepare monthly timesheet of BDD staff.
18. To report daily activities to Head of Department.
19. To comply with QHSE standards set by the Company.
20. Ensure good housekeeping.

2. Efficient - Tasks given must be executed efficiently and avoid delays in performing daily tasks.
3. To be initiative, proactive and capable of dealing and communicating with the customers.
