Job Description:
1. Receive call ins, from clients
2. Arrange schedule for items to be delivered
3. Updating Daily Call Report, during Supervisor’s offdays/leave
4. Updating the call log on the cut-off time to the Operations and Customer Service.
5. Attending the Walk in customers (Receptionist Duty)
6. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
7. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
8. To find Quota to fill up for next day delivery.
9. As a term of your employment you can be required to undertake such other duties commensurate with your grade, and/or hours of work, as may reasonably be required of you at your initial place of work or at any other of the Authority's establishments.
Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 15 / Day
