Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Invoicing: Large Number of Perso
el and Equipment Services), 1 Pax
1. Must have completed HND in Accountancy;
2. Must have adequate knowledge in all facets of Invoice preparations;
3. Must be familiar to process Invoices from other parties;
4. Must be able to make accurate periodic Statement of Accounts to the Clients;
5. Must have extensive exposure in analysing all invoiceable documents referencing the Contracts;
6. Must have experience in preparing Service Entries / PCM-FCM.
7. Must be able to meet Clients regarding unpaid invoices settlement;
8. Excellent in MS Office Applications, in particular MS Excel;
9. Minimum Contract of Employment is 2 years (strictly 3 mos. probationary period);
10. Residence must be in KB and/or Seria location.
