Job Summary

Morningsails Coffee is an Australian-inspired specialty coffee brand focused on quality, consistency, and friendly service. We are hiring 3 part-time baristas (training provided). Good performers may have the opportunity to move into full-time later.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso-based drinks and beverages

- Take customer orders and provide friendly service

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar/workstation

- Assist with opening/closing tasks and general café upkeep

- Follow recipes and standards with attention to detail

Important Note for Working Shifts

- Morning shift requires 5.00am reporting time (paid).

- Applicant must have reliable transport.

Requirements

- 18 years old and above

- No experience required (training provided)

- Reliable, punctual, and friendly attitude

- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to communicate in English (Malay is a plus)

- Able to work weekends/public holidays

Training & Progression

Training will be provided. Our target is for you to be able to run the bar independently (including opening/closing solo) within ~3 weeks, based on performance.
