F&B Restaurant Operation Manager
 

Satami Group of Companies is looking to hire a reliable F&B Restaurant Operation Manager. As our business is expanding, we are looking for vibrant and energetic individuals who are not afraid to excel beyond their limits to join us and be part of our team.

Key responsibilities:
- Full-Time Managerial Role overseeing multiple Restaurant Operations.
- Supervising teams, staff training, resolving store issues & reporting to head office.
- To be based in Restaurant outlets and rotate among the outlets accordingly to weekly schedule.
- To resolve all store matters when encounter, provide solution to the matters and compile reports to head office for references.
- To provide feedback on branches operation during the Management Meeting and ensuring all Memo from Head Office are delegate to staffs correctly.
- To work closely with Human Resources on any staff matter and manpower.
- To work closely with Marketing Executive on any branch, provide feedback for the promotion.
- To provide support for Halal department on halal issues for products, outlet inspection and penyelia halal application.

Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years experience in managing restaurant / franchise outlets.
- Strong leadership and team management, sales, problem-solving, decision making and operational skills desired.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
