Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, handling mail
Provide support on administrative matter including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, taking notes of meeting
Provide support on logistic matter including handling receipt and deliveries.
Perform basic accounting functions
Coordinating and liaise with clients and vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum qualification required: complete high school education
Age between 18-40 years old
Has own transport and valid driving license
Preferable Brunei Citizen and Permanent Resident
Minimum 2 years working experience
To be able work with minimum supervision
Able to work independently
Reporting to directors
Able to communicate and write in English and Malay
