Job Description:
We are looking for energetic candidates to take up the role of a Sales Administrator in our Sales Department.
Job Scope
1) Candidates are expected to carry out administrative task such as checking documents form our sales consultants for billing, booking and registration on land transport portal.
2) Candidates are expected to coordinate with our vendors for installation of accessories to new cars prior to billing and delivery
3) Candidates are expected to work closely with the Register Clerk and Sales Consultant for new registration numbers which is to be updated to the Land Transport System before billing
4) Candidates are require to tag all incoming and existing vehicles and arrange all keys(new/spare) in proper Oder.
Requirements
• Candidates must have at least GCE A level education with C6 and above for English in GCE O Level.
• Candidates must posses a valid Class 3 driving licence and transport
• Candidates must be fluent in English, Malay and/or Mandarin (Added advantage)
• Candidates must be willing to work over the working hours during peak periods
• A pleasant and approachable person for this position is a must as it deals with staff and vendors of the company.
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
