Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to develop Barramundi Group Brunei’s Sales and Marketing operations.

The individual will collaborate with Barramundi Group HQ and manage the sales and marketing team to direct and oversee our company’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. The sales manager will also set short and long term strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.

Responsibilities:
• Frame and implement sales strategy, ensuring that all sales targets are met.
• Track and maintain sales volumes.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to explore opportunities and streamline sales processes.

Requirement:
• Proficient in Malay, English, Mandarin and have good communication skills.
• Bachelor Degree in Business and Marketing or related field.
• Analytical skills to be able to analyze important sales data and use it to make vital sales decisions.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Have a leadership ability.
