Job Description:

Position as Sales Operation in Gator Sports Shop

Key Responsibility:

- Must have valid driving license
- Must be punctual at all times
- Communicate with new and potential customers and the supervisor by provide good, fast customer service, update and feedback.
- Be able to multitask, can work under pressure and long hours
- Very keen to gain knowledge about the sports products they are selling and used.
- Able to handle customer complaints.
- Cash Handling, know basic math skills and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Must always keep the shop clean and able to re-arrange the item/stock for display.
- Promoting store cards or special offers.
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
- Having marketing skills is an advantage.
- Always update sales report daily and e-mail back to finance
