Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for administrative duties within New Sales Department, APO Department, and Aftersales Department and maintaining and updating reports to Finance Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrangement of preparing the vehicle from close of the sale to handover e. g. PDI, car wash, waxing, accessorizing, checking on detailing works, insurance, etc.
Ensure test drive and Demo cars logs are filled in accordingly.
Prepare forms for test drives, customer handover, customer personalization, voucher giving, and all other forms required by sales and APO departments.
Produce reports:
Key performance indicators to Managers weekly
Prospects
Test Drives
Sales consultants performance monthly, quarterly, and annually
Maintain cost control in line with agreed objectives and plan.
Monitor Job card and follow up status on un-closed job card
Upselling of consumer loan and guide customers on application.
Produce reports:-
Accounts Receivables status on weekly basis
Job Card Status on weekly basis.
Issue Invoice, Cash Sales, DN, CN and Receipts for New Sales, APO, Aftersales and Branded Goods and ensure all authorized signatures are obtained.
Submission of monies collection to Finance Department on daily basis.
Filing of documents.
Assist Finance Manager and SSA Officer on any ad-hoc tasks that may not be outlined above.
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field.
Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
Proficient in computer skills.
