• Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
• Answer and redirecting phone calls when necessary
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Job Requirement
• Open to all graduates with Business or Administration qualification
• Good communication skills
• Secretarial skills
• Ability to communicate well in English and Malay
• Experience in the position is preferable
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
