Description
Minimum Education:
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical discipline.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance and support of telephony systems (PABX or IP phones) and/or PA or general alarm systems in a commercial or industrial environment.
Fault-Finding & Repair:
- Able to carry out first-line fault diagnosis and remediation on PABX equipment, IP telephone handsets, PA amplifiers, speakers, and associated cabling; competent in escalation procedures when faults exceed first-line resolution.
Cabling & Wiring:
- Proficient in terminating and testing telephone cabling (copper pairs, Cat5e/Cat6) and PA system speaker cabling; able to work neatly in cable management systems within telecommunications rooms.
*Able to work offshore and medically fit*
