Position: Telephone Operator

Job Description:

1. Receive and respond to a variety of queries and complaints
2. Research required information using available resources
3. Enter new customer information into system
4. Identify and escalate priority issues
5. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
6. Ask questions to interpret analyse and anticipate the caller's situation
7. Translate information to the appropriate codes in the system Inform customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information

Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 21 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 570 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
