Job Description :

1. Receiving, Processing and organizing pickup / orders. (ONLINE / OFFLINE)
2. Restocking depleted or low pos dealerships items and ensuring that the sales dealership pos organized according to established guidelines.
3. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
4. Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping and as well as sweeping and mopping the sales dealership floor.
5. Processing customer payments using POS excel system.
6. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
7. Welcome and greet customers.
8. Ability to Manage Point of sales (CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT TERMINAL) process
9. Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
10. Answering phone call /
11. Counting the sale end of the shift making sure its tally.
12. Attendance and punctuality.
13. Self-Discipline.
14. Connecting inquiry to SUPERVISOR – kure wellness advisor.
15. Ensure CCTV is always on
16. Ensure the phone line is always ON. ( ACTIVE MODE )
